Help. I think my motherboard might be dying

My system boots up and runs normally except for some reason my motherboards built in Bluetooth stopped working. I've also been getting a code readout on the motherboards LED screen with the code 99 and it says "Load VGA BIOS". for some reason the LEDs on my RAM have also stopped working and I'm not able to open certain programs such as AURA.

EVGA gtx 1080 ti
32gb gskillz tridentz rgb 2133mhz
2 tb WD hdd
250gb Samsung 960 evo m.2 drive
Intel i7 7800-x

According to the manual, the code 99=super io initialization( io=input/output), also it shows "load the VGA BIOS". So the problem related to GPU or PSU, or the MB (pcie slot).

1st double check all the connections. Also test other GPU if you had extra one, or test the gtx1080ti in other PC. And test PSU with paper clip method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4

so after restarting the system a few times over the past couple days, I realize its random. sometimes it boots up without the code and sometimes with it. I don't have any extra systems or gpus to test either.
