HELP! I turned off my integrated gpu now the screen wont turn on!!!!

So, i was trying something on my laptop, and i dissabled my integrated gpu, since it says i have another gpu onboard. Then the screen went black and now i try to turn it on and it just won't. I really need help quick guys.

So you are posting this blindly, but how will you read my response?

Clear CMOS.

Assuming you borked it up in the BIOS, just CLEAR CMOS like I prescribed and all will be well.
