I worked on it all day and eventually got it to work, but at that time I was only able to run it with one stick of ram inserted, tis being the case I decided to google it. I ended up attempting to update my bios using a bootable flash drive. After it finished updating. My computed restarted and now I get no Signals to my peripherals. I have tried just about everything, I moved my ram into every configuration possible, re-did all of the connections, unplugged it and held the power down. Nothing is working and I am starting to feel bummed out, do you think I shorted the motherboard?Anything is helpful! Thank you!

Yep. If the BIOS caused the board to crash many manufacturers have tools to reflash the board.
Also, try your internal graphics as the BIOS settings for which GPU to use may have been "overwritten".

Finally, try finding the boards manual as there is often a way, if it was a bad BIOS flash, to recover it by inserting a FAT-formatted USB with a certain file on it that would cause the board, even with a failed BIOS flash to boot from that and reflash. But assuming your board still has warranty - which being a new build it would, try the internal graphics first and if that does not work send it back.
