HELP!! i5 @ 1.6GHz or i5 @ 2.9GHz

Help i can't play my game because some of the display are not loading (transparent) and other display are doing the worm virus. Maybe because the game requires i3 @ 2.93 GHz and my laptop is i5 @ 1.6 GHz?
