Help i5 6500 GTX 970 Budget MOBO

I have an GTX 970 Asus Strix (It was a gift)
So i need to build a BUDGET PC.
Just for gaming and youtube

I was thinking on this setup
CPU I5 6500
PSU EVGA 500w B
Ram Kingston DDR4 8gb 2133mhz
HDD 1tb 7200rpm
Case Corsair Spec 02

So the MOBO i was thinking:
Asrock H110M-HDV

But i was reading that maybe i will need a better MOBO if i dont want to have problems, so, thats why im asking for your help.

EDIT I Found this MOBO, its has so much more buys on amazon and a lot of 5 stars reviews, it is better?
