I'd recommend using either 26.6 or latest version of P95 small fft for thermal testing. However, if using the latest, make sure you check all 3 AVX boxes. AVX is an extremely brutal set of instructions when used, and at 100% cpu usage, the temp output is what you'd expect from the cpu at 130%. There's very little AVX used in games, even less AVX 2, and no AVX-512 that I know of. That's used in a very few seriously professional apps, but is included instructions in the cpu if it's needed. P95 happens to use it if you let it. Version 26.6 was the last version that didn't include AVX technologies, since 3rd gen and prior Intel didn't include the AVX instruction sets. Those weren't introduced until 4th gen, which became problematic with latest P95 that at the time didn't include OFF switches for the AVX.
