Question Help identify blown component on gpu

i have a broken gtx 970 that does not power up and is not detected in the pc. i have opened up the gpu and tested a few components with a multi meter the drivers and the mosfets seem to be ok and all i can find is a broken fuse or resistor i think.
i have attached a photo of the component it is the brown one in the middle with the marking Q on top i need help identifying what it is and if there are any other component i should check because this has blown or has the fact that this has blown saved the other components from getting to much voltage ?

thanks i have found out its a 10A o.5 ohm fuse and have found a replacement. how do i remove this thread or mark it as solved ?
