Question Help identify connector type to possibly convert this PSU to regular recepticle?

Was that a chassis mount/backplane style?

If so...that connector might only exist in backplane style form.

No. Even if you made your own harness for it, what would you use it for? Not a PC. It doesn't have +5V and doesn't have a standby rail.
