Help Identifying a Forum Moderator

Hi, I was hoping to find a forum moderator who could change my thread, accidentally begun I guess as a discussion thread, to a question thread, which it was obviously supposed to be. That way I could reward the guy who provided the answer to my question. The thread in question is:

I 100% agree with this. Unfortunately the powers that be are driving and prioritizing the quantity of best answers selected over the quality and value of content thereof.

So I should solicit "a best answer selection" from every OP I feel I solved his/her problem?
The atmosphere of professionalism in DIY repair I try to maintain here takes precedence over my pride & my "score" if any.
Sure it feels great "best answer" but the ones I get when I probably have shouldn't out weighs the ones I should have got but never will. If it happens great but I will not waste time on it. The sprit of "volunteering" and expecting no reward has merit. IMHO
