- System Usage: planning to jump into Architecture Visualization 3DMax (Vray, Corona), Blender (GPU render: Nvidia's CUDA), After Effects (same: Nvidia), Photoshop and maybe Unreal Engine for 3D walkthrough.

Im planning to get into AMD way, so want to buy Ryzen 7 2700(X)

I heard that 2700X = 2700(overclocked) + Better Fan(new fan ->OEM 10$ difference)
But dont sure that i want to evrclock it (if it is easy, why not)

Also, explain me difference between Ti and non-Ti cards. Is it real to feel the difference in render of scenes in 3D????

PSU:
I know nothing about it, depends on main parts configuration power

If you want Windows 7 you are going to need an old CPU (AMD FX or Intel Skylake and older). There are patches and hacks to get it working. Do you really want your work computer to rely on unofficial patches and hacks to function? You can always turn off telemetry and edit the group policy to disable automatic updates (Windows 10 Pro required to avoid the registry). Otherwise there isn't a huge difference between Windows 7 and 10.

Ok, then it will be Win10 (have experience with dat OS)
