Hello, so recently I just get random black screens with sometimes a buzzing noise.
It happens more while gaming, this started I think happening after I unistalled and reinstalled gpu drivers and when I updated my motherboard bios. I have tried different drivers for gpu but the problem is still occuring, besides that I have cleaned it from dust.

Random black screen after which picture comes back sound like issue with gpu drivers. You might want to uninstall them again and then reinstall the previous version of the drivers that didn't have these issues.
It could have come from your bios update as well but that's hard to imagine considering updates are supposed to increase the compatibility of the mobo and vga, not the other way around. In either case nothing you can do about that part now, as I don't think you can roll bios back down.
Regarding the buzzing, what video card do you have exactly? Does it come with a utility that allows control of its fans?
The buzzing could also be from audio drivers glitching/messing up.
If this is the case, I would recommend getting your windows dvd/usb/whatever install disk, and then restarting your system with it plugged in, then from the install utility running the repair, just in case some files got borked during the bios update (this can happen) so that both your video and audio suffered in some way.

Yeah, I did unistall the drivers with DDU and reinstalled it.

Specs:

GPU: AMD R9 390 NITRO
CPU: INTEL I7 5820K
PSU: EVGA SUPERNOVA G2 750
CPU COOLER: NH D15
MOTHERBOARD: X99-A
MEMORY: VENGANCE 32GB LPX
SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO + HDD 1 TB

At this moment I have version 16.12.2 , this is not the latest, because I have already tried the latest drivers and it still doesn't fix it. Neither the current version is fixing it.

Well the picture doesn't come back, it stays black and the computer is still running even the fans are working, I have to start my pc again, this black screen doesn't happen always it's random. Sometimes I get a buzzing noise for 3 seconds then it goes away and the black screen stays, sometimes the buzzing noise keeps going on.

Yeah that's your audio/video drivers locking likely. Repair definitely. Also go to mobo support page, download the audio drivers and reinstall (after repair), and your video drivers may also need reinstall (after repair).

The buzzing sound comes from my speakers and sometimes my pc will restart automatically after getting the black screen.

This could be almost anything, I'm thinking either faulty driver or corrupt installation. Likely, Windows is trying to give you a blue screen of death, but is unable to display it. When my computer gives me blue screens, a repeating buzzing sound comes from the speakers, just like you're saying.

Event Viewer will likely have some information for us.

Since the PC shuts down improperly, a Kernel Power even will be logged. Look for that. Once you find it, any related events (driver errors, etc) should be nearby.

When in Event Viewer, you can use a view called Administrative Events. To get to this view, open Event Viewer and take a look at the right side. There should be a folder looking icon that says Custom Views. Drop down that menu by double clicking it and then select Administrative Events that will appear below it.

So, I have opened the Kernel Power and it says it's a critique error.
This is what it says :
The system has restarted without being properly shut down. This error may be caused by the system no longer responding or crashing or because the power has failed.

Another one that's called WHEA-Logger I don't know if this is gpu related, but this is what it says:

When I ran DDU my Windows was indeed in Safe Mode.
This is my first build and I didn't have any other graphic cards.

1 I have the latest BIOS update for my motherboard which is 3701.

2 I have first downloaded the BIOS update from the asus website, after that I have put it in an empty usb. Then I have put the usb in the USB BIOS flashback. I restarted the PC went to the Ez flash and clicked on the BIOS update and it said don't touch anything. So, the PC restarted several times till it was done.

3 I don't know if that is the first or the last of the PCIe slot, so I uploaded a picture.

Where of the 3 slots that are likely to come with the board that can accommodate graphics cards, the topmost is x16 PCIe slot and is the fastest slot for the video cards. The second will be x8 slot and so you'll use this one and x16 slot for SLI, and both cards in that case will run at x8. The bottom most slot is x4 (and is used for crossfire most commonly).
Always use x16 slot if you have a single video card is the rough guide. For more in depth explanations of the difference:

You can use it for testing hardware, cleaning viruses and so on. Afterwards you reboot, unplug your usb, and your system starts as normal, nothing got saved.

Alright, so I have ran the SFC scannow and the DISM scan. The SFC scan says that there is no problem registered, after the SFC scan I have ran the DISM scan and it said that it has been successful. After the DISM scan I have ran SFC scannow again to be sure if there are no problems and it showed no problems.
Besides that I have put my Graphics card at PCIe slot x16_1, but I don't know if it's problem for my fan and cpu above it, because it's touching it slightly and is very close to it, I thought that it wouldn't fit. So, will there be any problems when my GPU gets hots and the heat goes upwards to my fans and cpu?

PS: Right now i'm just waiting till the black screen will occur again to see if the problem is still not fixed. I will tell you when this happens.

Yeah this is a bit uncomfortably close though expected with some of the bigger coolers. I don't like that it's that close personally because I think the temps will actually affect the cpu cooling more than the other way around (unless the radiator is actually touching the video card).
Hmm in this case the only other thing to try to help would be to look at that dump file to see a little bit more info on what is going wrong (the path you listed C: \ WINDOWS \ Minidump \ 072717-9765-01.dmp). Post it on dropbox or a similar file sharing site, so we can take a peak. You can also do this yourself with something like: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

The 124 error you mention is often hardware or firmware/drivers for hardware related but again not easy to tell without looking into it more and sometimes not even then. Since it's reported by your processor, I would first think you're overclocking and something about it is not stable, so if you are, drop the clock to default and see if there's a difference. It could also be your cpu is going or maybe your psu, starving your cpu of power when it's under load. Hard to say. Does the sound happen only when you're pushing it hard, or even when browsing/on idle?

Should I put the GPU on the second PCIe then?
I did overclock my cpu in the beginning, but then I set it to default this was before the black screen happening.
I have also never overclocked my gpu, so that isn't the problem either. Sometimes there is no buzzing sound and sometimes there is. I think it happens mostly when I'm in game, also it happens sometimes , but not always while browsing, watching something etc.
Can this happen because I have deleted some file from my amd map? I don't know, but I do have the latest driver.
Maybe reinstalling windows by the recovery options in windows 10 can fix this?

I would yes as heat issues are more of a problem here than whatever speed reduction you get from an 8x slot I think, but with cramped quarters like that I would keep in mind an aio cooler for the cpu as a possible future upgrade.

You can also check what your clocks are with something like HWMonitor which should tell you what's going on, and will also allow you to check your voltages, to see if they're appropriately set.
If it's happening even while browsing then it might not be a load issue at all. It can happen if some files got deleted, sure, but if you ran a scan, it would be odd that it didn't detect it (though not impossible). You can run repair from the windows boot cd/usb, after all you don't lose anything by doing it and it's the best method for fixing/checking windows installation.

PS : I thought I had updated the audio driver but it didn't, so this morning I updated the realtek audio driver to the latest one. From that time I didn't had any black screens, but I got a new issue that is right now fixed I believe ( I hope ). I was playing a game and I got a black screen while sound music was still on, so I plugged the hdmi out and in 2x then my screen went on, till now I don't get that anymore. But I will update you if this maybe has fixed it.

[Update] In the last 3 days on the first day I didn't get any black screens, on the second and third I did get in total 2 black screens. Yesterday I have freshly installed windows and updated everything and today I got the second black screen. I don't know what's causing it, my cpu, psu or gpu. What should I do now? Should I stresstest a long time to see which one is causing the black screen?

If you want to stress test the components, for cpu you can use Prime95 and for gpu use Furmark or something similar. You do not need to run them for hours. If this is a hardware issue, they'll choke within 15 min likely. If you run either of the tests, open HWMonitor and check on your temperatures carefully. If they get above 90-95C, don't continue running, shut the test down. For psu you'd really have to just try a different unit.

Alright, so I did a test for my cpu and gpu.
Furmark for about 20 mins Max 78 Celsius GPU
Prime95 for about 30 mins Max 77 Celsius CPU package
No black screen

Does this conclude that neither the CPU and GPU are hardware faulty?
What should I do next?

But because this all started after driver and bios updates, I'm still inclined to think this is a driver/firmware issue rather than faulty hardware. You might tinker still with trying to find the right firmware/drivers, but at this point, I would probably just reinstall windows and all your motherboard and graphics drivers. It takes like an hour once all your data is backed up and it'll be faster than trying to find what in particular got corrupted. If you can, copy somewhere all your steam data, games etc. so you don't have to redownload it all.

Hey, so alright I have ran memtest86 and I didn't get any errors, so that narrows it down to the psu or drivers?
I have already fresh installed windows 10 like 2 days ago. Okay, so which parts do I have to update in order to be sure that the PC is fully updated. The mobo, cpu, bios, gpu, audio drivers right?
How do I fully update the mobo? I have already updated the BIOS with my usb in the EZ flash orsomething.
I got the latest GPU driver, however should I unistall everything again with the DDU? And besides that, can I delete the AMD map from c:\ or is that important? because I want to fully unistall everything from AMD or is it better to do it with DDU? For the cpu part, I have no idea. For the audio driver do I have to take them from realtek or my motherboard driver asus?

PS: There are multiple drivers for my motherboard like utilities, chipsets, audio drivers, hotfixes etc which ones are important?
PS: Do I have to only install GPU drivers or more things? Because it happened after [I don't know sure] I deleted something from the amd map and indeed the bios install. Maybe the bios changed some things for my mobo which is causing these black screens?, but you are telling me that updating bios will only help with the problems and I can't revert it back?

Ack windows reinstalled already?
So off of your mobo manufacturer's support site, you'll get all the drivers you need except the gpu driver which you should get off of the manufacturer's site (amd in your case). BIOS you don't need to re-flash, you already did that.
Audio, LAN, USB, chipset, sata for sure. Not sure what utilities are but probably allow you control of fans, overclocking and so on, so I would. Bios-utilities shouldn't be necessary since you used ez-flash already. Hotfix not sure what that's about but maybe had issues saving windows key? Who knows. I probably would get that as well.
After that GPU drivers. Did you already install them? I would reboot into safe mode, uninstall using something like DDU, then reinstall latest version from amd's site (after you've done all the updates I previously mentioned for audio, chipset and so on).
What do you mean you deleted something from amd map? Not sure what that is? Was this before you reinstalled windows? How is this connected to bios?
I only know of updating bios forward, I don't think you can go back. Typically when they're released, they improve performance. If it had issues, it would have been pulled from the download page, and newer version released to fix it.
From what I can tell on cursory glance at that event log, it's a lot of error because you failed to install all the motherboard drivers you should. Go do that and see if it still happens. The amd one you mention might be cause of missing chipset drivers i think. Try installing.
