Help im not sure how big of an SSD im going to need for my new proposed PC build

I want to go with SSDs in my gaming rig for fast startup times but im not sure how big i need my SSD to be

I would say if you are planning to get a storage drive later down the line just get something small like a 120 or 240. If you plan on only having a SSD which I wouldn't recommend then you should get probably a 512GB

I plan on building a gaming PC from scratch, not buying an already pre-built system

sounds good. it all depends on how much stuff you want to put on your SSD. the size you want is the largest one you can afford.

I also plan on installing the OS and any other useful things on the SSD

I know this sounds a bit crazy but i plan on getting a 1 or 2 TB SSD to install the OS on and then an HDD to install my other stuff on

I actually pla on having 2 operating systems

Windows 10 Pro = OS #1

Linux = OS #2
