Please don't bump - it's against our Rules and if someone has an answer to your problem they would have posted it by now.

Have you tried changing your resolution? What sort of computer has this problem - a PC or a laptop? It's important because the graphics adapters are different.

Like I have to keep refreshing this website because it just shows me a load of coding/words etc

I also have trouble downloading things, I get errors or file corrupt!

www.speedtest.net see if you have high ping and/or slow download, could just be your ISP. Reboot modem, router, and PC.

just tried to download google chrome failed then I tried again it succeeded.

Those are very good results so it's not an internet speed problem. At this point you will need to do some basic troubleshooting:

See if Hard Drive ok, run Data Lifeguard: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=605&sid=3&lang=en

If drive is ok, run chkdsk on C: drive

Run malwarebytes quick scan:

Check msconfig and shut down all non-essential programs, then reboot.

Update Flash.

My first suspicion would be flaky hard drive so eliminate that first.

I ran the data lifeguard everything and it passed.

I ran malwarebytes everything is ok

There isn't a lot on here I only re installed windows on here yesterday
