So I overclocked my cpu to stable 4,5ghz, but noticed when on idle it doesn't lower it's frequency automatically. What settings should I turn on off in bios to turn that feature again?

Cool n Quiet and maybe the C6 state, however enabling this settings may lead to get your OC unstable, a matter of stress testing it after enabling those values.

Yes, cool n queit I think I disabled it. will try to enableit tomorrow.

How did you do your OC? Through straight up core multiplier & voltage, or did you use offset? If you do it through offset, then when the computer is idle it goes back to stock.
