What has changed?
Were you running well before the change?

Such symptoms are often caused by the bios being not happy with the current specs and trying to find something that works.
If your ram is not from a single kit, that can cause such problems.
Use the default ram speed and if necessary increase the ram voltage a notch.
Test with memtest86.

Are you overclocking your "K"?
You might have inadvertently done so by selecting optimized defaults.
Make certain that your specs are stock.

Is your cooler mounted well?
Your idle temperatures should be no more than 10-15c. over ambient.

@geofelt Before I was using an AMD 8350, same cooler, an asus formula V, everything else was the same but the SSD and everything was stable, this started happening when I upgraded too my new motherboard and cpu
