Hello as I have limited budget around 500$ so i would like to have your opinions for selecting components for my system.

things i would like
1- corei5 4690k ( Please recommend a motherboard for it )
2- Graphic card I am going for is Asus Radeon R270x
3- 8gb ram
4- Power Supply and casing

You won't get a 4690k, overclocking motherboard, and r9 270x on that budget. Nor is it the most ideal comb for gaming on that budget.

It would be better to get an i5 4460, and use the saved money to get a better GPU.

i added second build . Also i5 4690K from Micro Center is cheap enough .

for i5 :4590 or faster

OP never said anything about living close to a micro center. Can't assume he can buy from Microcenter.

OP, I recommend neither of those builds as you get have better gaming performance for the money.
