[SOLVED] Help in buying a used Ryzen 5 2400G

So, I'm buying a used Ryzen 5 2400G and I need some help! The seller said it was bought a year ago and it was only used about 2 months, they said they didn't even use it everyday, and only 3 hours when they use it. And it looks like this. Is it physically damaged? I think the heatspreader looks weird

The pins look fine to me. The IHS looks fine as well, with the upper portion of the picture(if you take it at face value and no rotations) is a reflection of the person taking the picture.

It's not uncommon for the heatsink to leave some burnish marks on the heatspreader. That may be what your seeing and is no cause for alarm

Yeah that's probably just a reflection. But doesn't the pins look somewhat brownish? I'm implementing that it's burned btw.

You are assuming absolute color accuracy in a photo. That is a bad assumption.
