Help in choosing a MotherBoard?

Hello,
i want to custom make a DeskTop PC, i was so focused on choosing the Spec's of the PC
and forgot all about MotherBoard, so basically i don't know any thing about MotherBoards,
so please fill me in of what i am missing! or if i am choosing the wrong parts:-

because this is the first time i build my own computer,
& don't know the price range for the motherboards,

problem is most socket 2011 boards if not all doesnt have an onboard video card.......but on the bright side the 560ti will have one

Six-Core Processor & Dual Graphic Cards,
Regarding the budget for the MotherBoard is 400$!

thank you, i don't want onboard video card, so that i can change it,
would you mind explain the types & specs of a motherboard;
because i didn't get any of the specs of these 3 motherboards!

Like in RAM,
there is GB's for Multitasking,
& Mhz's for the speed given for the working program!

the ASUS Rampage IV Extreme has 8 slots of ram that can hold 8GB each up to 2400mhz clock for ram ofc you would have to overclock the CPU to use rams at this speed ,quad channel means all 8 rams can work stable at the same speed ....what else would you like to know?
