Help in decide what to Upgrade in my PC?

Current have in pc:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: 8GB of ram (Need 16GB due to the game that i want to run)
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition (Heatsink and fan included)
Monitor: ASUS VS Series VS247H-P Black 23.6" 2ms LED
Graphics Card: MSI GTX1060 6GB

These are the parts that i am looking at.

CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z270-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LED 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Case: Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ATX ATX Mid Tower Case
Monitor: ViewSonic XG2701 27.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor

What would you recommend me?
I need help in fans to get as well and which would be quiet.

According to the Phanteks' site, Phantek Enthoo can hold:
3x 120 mm fans on the front - 2x 140 mm fans already included.
3x 120 mm and 2x 140 mm fans on the top
1x 120 mm fan on the rear - 1x 140 mm fan already included.
A GTX 1080, 7x 120mm fans. 3 front, 3 top and 1 rear. And 2x 140mm fans for top.

Okay, that wasn't listed in your original post. Do you have a nice desk and 2560x1080 ultrawide monitor?
 


Honestly then there is no need to upgrade. Your PC can still run any game 1080p maxed out extremely well. Only if you think it was left behind in some game you should upgrade.
