Help in finding a Prebuilt PC or Laptop for Photography/game

Hey,
i'm looking to help a friend she lost her job due to personal issues, but she's a photographer and needs a prebuilt PC or Laptop that can handle photo-editing / light-med gaming, but the photo-editing is the main need, why prebuilt? because she doesn't live in our state anymore she moved away so i can help build it and she's not tech savvy, and not much to spend all tho i am helping from afar, i'd say around 800$ greatly appreciated

The $800 will buy more performance in a desktop, but only IF the monitor, keyboard, mouse etc are not required. Otherwise you probably have to go laptop. Maybe a factory refurb Dell -- https://www.dell.com/us/dfh/p/

the monitor etc isn't an issue but could you link a specific one, because like i said i'm not tech savvy as to what would work for that she needs it for

Go to the Dell refurb site and in the memory section pick "16GB" You will get desktops like this

For photography, RAM memory and a fast CPU are important. So by limiting to "16GB" memory, the choices listed all had fast CPUs.
