Build Advice HELP in my Gaming PC build

RAM - 32GB (G skill Ripjaws or Corsair Vengence)

GPU - RTX 2070/2080/1080Ti(I'm looking at Asus Strix versions for my GPU also I'm into gaming in the future i.e Ray tracing)

PSU- Need Help here

Cabinet- Need help here(not looking for anything "extra")

SSD- 256GB

Can anyone help me with my build, filling up the spots and also if the components are looking compatible, or if I need to add anything to the build or if there are better alternatives for any components.

I'd recommend you get the 8700k as there is not much of an FPS gain unless you really want a 9700k

As for RAM 32GB is too much if all you're going to be doing is gaming, on the buildapcsales ram page there are tons of deals going on right now for Corsair Vengeance RAM at 3000MHz CL14/15

Unless you're interested in raytracing I'd suggest you go with the 1080 Ti for raw power

Monitor can be a normal 144Hz monitor not too big or fancy and I don't really know monitor prices never had to buy one after I got my 70 Euro monitor around 9 years ago, and no not into ultra wide, just a normal one for gaming, not too costly or anything.

Prices are different in Europe, even though it comes out to the same cost if you convert it a 2080 might cost like $1000 there

First of all, why does OP need a 1200 watt power supply? And the H200i is for ITX systems, OP has an M-ATX system

First of all, why does OP need a 1200 watt power supply? And the H200i is for ITX systems, OP has an M-ATX system

Sorry I didn't saw that he mentioned the mobo. But a 1200w psu is reqired in case he upgrades his system or uses sli (with overclocking).

It is an overkill, 1200W is overkill, 750W gold certified power supply is more than enough.
He is going for a 2080Ti and a lot of games are not supporting SLI now, a single card would out preform SLI cards in most of the games now a days.

His budget is 1650 euros so a 1200watt power supply can be recommended. BTW you are right. Moreover a rtx 2070 is enough. Also if he buys a rtx 2080ti then he would be left with minimal amount to be spent on other system like cooling, monitor, etc …...

1200 watts may be excess but I would recommend the rtx 2070 because he would play in 1440p. Even a rtx 2060 is enough for 1440p. Since his budget is high a rtx 2070 is enough.

2080 would definitely be the better choice to keep OP futureproof for a awhile
