Help in selecting Power Supply

Hi! I am bilding a PC for my friend, and I am confused right now on what PSU to choose on the 400-500w range. Here are my options:
Corsair VS450 / 550
FSP Hexa+ 400 / 500
Enermax N450-MA
Seasonic SS-430GB
Seasonic ECO-400

I'll power a system with i5 4440 and an MSI R9 270 Gaming with the PSU. Please suggest the best PSU, and no Antec PSUs are available in my country. Thanks.

For a R9 270 pc you need 450W. Either go with the Seasonic 430 or go up to a Seasonic 520.

The Corsair VS are not certified.

Seasonic make the best quality PSUs.
