Help in SpeedFan

I downloaded Speed Fan and I do not understand what the Core 0 Temperature is. When I was playing GTA V yesterday, my CPU temperature reached around 60C-70C at most and my GPU temperature reached up to 77 C at most but the Core 0 temperature reached above 85 C but below 90 or 95 C at the time (I got scared and shut off GTA because I got scared of overheat.) So what is Core 0 in Speed Fan and how high is it able to go in temperature?

Core 0 is read as core 1 so if you have a quad core it read core 0, core 1, core 2 and core 3
