Nevermind, I already fix it, there is a EEPROM (24LV512) it is a 512k eeprom, just short the pin 5 and pin 6 that are on the eeprom chip, then plug the HDD (hard disc drive) to the USB sata bridge, then the bridge plug into computer USB port. From the computer, run vli mptool. From vli mptool, select new firmware files, then click autorun. It will fail dont worry. Try again, but this time, quickly unshort pin 5 and pin 6 on eeprom pin, then click autorun. then done if success. Lastly, try disconnect the bridge from computer and then conncet it again if computer detect it, then congratulation, you have unbrick the VL700 usb to sata bridge .
