What's your monitor's resolution? I'm thinking you could go ahead and order a card from Cutting Edge Gamer for around $40 to $50 a month if you can afford that and then get a used Core i5 3570 and motherboard from ebay. I'm thinking in particular this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-DH67BLB3-Desktop-Board-Micro-ATX-LGA1155-DDR3-Refurbished-Board-Only-/201439427416?hash=item2ee6b9bb58:g:v38AAOSwKIpWCq8u and this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/232092816512

I personally use cutting edge gamer to get my high end graphics cards and after getting an EVGA SC+ GTX 980 ti, MSI GTX 1080 Founders Edition, Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1080, and an EVGA GTX 1080 Superclocked graphics card I can say they have really good service. You don't have to have...

Yup it's ddr3 and my budget is about 80$.

How were you expecting to get a GTX 950 and a Core 2 Quad for $80?

It's 80$ + cost of gtx 950 (ready to order)

You don't have to have credit either. You just need a debit card provided by a bank and you need a copy of your driver's license or ID. You can't use paypal or any other type of what they consider a prepaid card. I believe you also have to live in the United States. If you meet the criteria above and can afford the payments by all means go for it. Sure you would be paying more in the end but for people who have limited or very bad credit you can't beat this option.
