[SOLVED] Help installing drivers for an rx 570

I just got an rx 570. I have never had a graphics card before. Every time I try to install the Adrenalin 2020, I get an error 43 in dxdiag and any application that uses directx will throw an error saying it's not supported by the driver. I have updated Windows, reinstalled the driver, and looked around online, but to no avail. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

500w evga psu

I'm using windows 10 and I checked for updates an hour ago

What is the make/model of your motherboard? Your older rig may not be fully compatible with the RX 570.

Pretty sure it's compatible though

Open the case and look at the info written on the motherboard. You can also use a tool like CPU-Z and get the info from the Mainboard tab.
