Help, installing front fan on pc case, and any cooling tips?

Hello,
so...this is kinda a silly question. I have a Thermaltake commander MS-III ( http://www.thermaltake.com/Chassis/Mid_Tower_/Commander/C_00001850/Commander_MS_III_/design.htm ) and i don't know how to remove the front panel for me to install a 120mm fan. I didn't see any instructions in the manual.
+ INFO just in case : I also plan installing another fan on the top next to the one with the blue LEDs ( i have all my "software controllable" slots on the motherboard taken so i'll just keep the new fans maxed out directly form the power supply ) + changing the thermal paste with artic silver 5 on my CM T4 cooler. ( Please don't recommend me other thermal compounds because this is the only one i can get ). I plan on overclocking in the future, like 0.2 GHz - not much but still.

The Panel just snaps in place, just pull evenly starting from the bottom. I normally don't run fans direct off the Power Supply, you can find cheap PCI fan controllers on Ebay that will run up to 3 fans for under $7. I have a Xigmatek that I use to control the 3 fans mounter on the top of my case.

The manual that came with the case should provide you info on how to install the additional (optional) fans. You will probably need to remove the front bezel (see manual for how to do this) in order to install the front fan.

In my country i don't have access to ebay nor amazon...and the cheepest one i can find...isn't very cheep. My front fan placement has a filter integrated and the one the top - exhaust. I will look at the instructions again however i'm still afraid i'll brake something. I mean yes, there is a handle at the bottom but i saw on other forums there are cases with screws on the inside?! Thanks for replying.

The front bezel is usually only held in place by plastic clips, it will pull right off as per the case user manual.

The manual says to just "pull out the front panel". Nothing else.

It should pop right off, take off your side panel(s) and you can usually see where the front bezel plastic clip(s) are attaching it to the case chassis.

What about the optical drive? is it attached to it or has nothing to do with the panel....except mounting and removing it.

The optical drive is mounted/attached to the metal chassis. The front bezel just slips over the exposed front of the optical drive.

I'm sorry i forgot to ask earlier. What about the power button, audio jack and usb and so on ?

They should also be mounted to the chassis itself, the front bezel should just come away. However, when you remove the front bezel, just pull hard enough to unseat it from the chassis and then remove it slowly in order to make sure there is nothing attached (just to be on the safe side).
