Help installing graphics card?

Hi, I'm not sure if my gpu is slotted in correctly/ in all the way and how do I know if it is locked into place by that ram style clip thingy?
As you can see from the clip a bit of the card is exposed where it locks into place?

seems fine, don't forget to plug in the psu connectors if your gpu needs exeternal power supply connectors.
