Help installing hard drive

Hi, I was recently trying to fix a problem with my computer that required me to take out the hard drive to test something. When I took it out, I did it with force and a bunch of screws fell out and the case fell off. The thing is, I want to put it back but the case seems to small. I took a few pictures so anyone could help me put it back in and secure it. Sorry for being a noob. Thank you!

Is that NZXT screwless drive mounts? If so must have been imporperly installed. All thats required is 2 of the black plastic slide clips. Turn the fake screw tips into the HD screw holes and slip it into the case slot. That looks a lot like my NZXT gamer case.
