It works.

The 212 is severe overkill for that CPU. Save the money.
A Z270 board isn't necessary for a Pentium unless you plan on getting an i7-7700k/i5-7600k soon
Otherwise a B250 board with 2400MHz RAM will perform the same while saving you much money

600W is again waaaay too much for this build
