Help laptop driver problem

Hi there at the moment i am using the on screen keyboard because all of a sudden my laptops keyboard and mousepd stopped working i am pretty sure there is something wrong with the drivers sice there is a yellow thing next to it i have tried system restore and evenuninsraller the keyboard driver but now i cant find it and i even took out the batteries and put them back in
if it helps my laptop is a toshiba
also sais This device cannot start. (Code 10)

but nowthe ps/2 driver has dissapeared

i had a similar problem with a trackpad on an old laptop and i ended up reinstalling windows

they didnt have my model so im still screwed

try a repair install or a clean reinstall of windows
