Help: LCD defective or Video Card?

My LCD (15" Samsung) has dots pigmentations all over the screen evertime I close a window.. but when I would refresh the screen the dots would disappear and would reappear gain if a open or close a window.

What does this indicate a defective LCD or video card?

Vid card or vid drivers. I'd update the drivers (or if you recently updated, rollback) and see what you get.

most definitely drivers
I had the same problem, just updated the drivers on this old integrated gpu 😛
and it's all fine now
