Question *Help* leds on my pc parts will flicker for a second but my pc wont start.

Okay, so i have this computer i built about 6 months ago and it has been running just fine.
I just got a new monitor and wanted to try it out and make sure everything looked good. But for some reason when i went to turn on my pc. My leds will flicker for a second and then nothing will turn on. I have tested all my cords to make sure everything was connected and even checked my power supply cable.
My pc specs are:
Gpu: Geforce gtx 1050 ti by msi
Mobo: msi B250m pro-vdh
Ram: 16 gb g.skill ripjaw
Cpu: intel pentium g4560 3.5 ghz dual-core
I dont know if its a mobo issue or a psu issue please help

No the pc wont turn on at all anymore

I tested my new monitor with my hdmi cable then went to work and when i came back my pc wont turn on.
