Question Help locating a DVD title?

I am trying to find a legitimate source for Type O Negative 'Symphony for the Devil' DVD set, complete. I have only been able to locate incomplete second hand bits of it at astoundingly high price mark, or what appear to be bootleg versions for around the $20 mark (on the 'zon) which also do not contain the entire package.

I have already tried to search and contact SPV, who hold/held the rights and possibly released the disc set (source: Wikipedia) but don't expect that to pan out for various reasons since they are in Germany.

Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, I am hoping to find it new and with all the parts. It is a gift.

The entirety of the concert is on YT from time to time but the quality is trash. My experience with GenesWeb out of Argentina is not only a bootleg, but quality worse than YT, probably taken from there.

Yes, and hoping to find it complete with the DVD, the CD, the poster, the whole goodness. I have seen what appear to be legitimate offerings but have yet to find one that had all the stuff. eBay has one they say is "new/unopened" but also doesn't have the CD or poster. It is almost assuredly a rip/burn type thing.
Even the one on the above link is compressed and is likely to be a poor candidate for viewing...I mean, hey if it is at least as good as the YT uploads, there is that...but hard to put that under the tree.

That specific seller has pages of bad feedback here and there basically pointing out poor quality torrent style video rips being sold as new. In a case like that I would not want to support their ability to keep doing so.
