help looking for a gpu under 9 inches in length. Under 200$

I wanted to buy a Nvidia GTX 960 card for my pc, But I found out that it will not fit. I've got 9 inches for it. Im having a hard time finding anything with about the same power and price.
could really use some help.

The gtx 950 is a good 8" card for a around $150.
