HELP Low Fps In All Games

Recently my computer which should be able to handle good quality games at a high fps rate is messing up. Instead i am getting like 20 fps in Counterstrike, WOW, and rocket league. which should be easy games to run.
I have a nvidia gtx 960 16 gb ddr4 ram i7 6700
plz help.
I am also a really big noob with computers so i have no idea how to tackle this situation.

the i7 processors are powerful cpus, and your gtx 960 might not be able to keep up with it. If you are plaing these games in windowed mode, run them in fullscreen if it is possible with your os
