Help, Machine only seeing one core!

Hey guys, setting up a E6400 on a P5B-D board and when i first installed windows it saw both CPU's, Install SP2 and the board driver and all of the sudden the second CPU is gone! How do I get it back or do I have to format again!?

Have you checked the BIOS settings? (Somewhat futile question...).
