HELP ME! 374MHZ 7GB DDR4 Single ram???

Help me please! On speccy it says i have 7gb (Its an 8gb 3000mhz stick) and its running 374Mhz. In the start it was 266MHZ. i then went into bios and changed the memory profile from 2133mhz to 3000mhz (It says 3000mhz in bios) Then it changed from 266mhz to 374mhz. Idk what to do! CPU temps are fine. Im using an ryzen 5 2400G (with drivers installed)

What does CPU-Z say?

cpu z says 1497 mhz, i wonder why it said 374 mhz tho.
