Help me again choose + Will they work/fit in the case?

So I had a previous thread where I asked whether the this GT 730 would work on my motherboards, here are my PC spec:

1)Motherboard: GIGABYTE H61M-S2P
2)PSU:Model: Double SATA - 1000W http://i.imgur.com/nUDWrvJ.jpg
3)Procesosr: Intel Core i3 2100 3.10 GHZ
4)Monitor Resolution:1680x1050 (No HDMI)
5)OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

So basically I wanted to get this at first to update my Intel HD Graphics 2000 (it was a beast and it still is)

Now I changed my mind and could go for any of these two, my budget is too tight really and can't afford a gtx 750 ti and even if I could it has no VGA port, maybe an HDMI-VGA cord will work?

These 2 cards are GT 740's but one of them is a Zotac GDDR3 and the other one is an OC Gigabyte GDDR5

The difference in their price is just 100 EGP, but is it really worth it? (of course it is) but I want fps benchmarks plz.

Also I'm afraid to get the OC'd one since I'm afraid it will overheat or something, I never want to OC ever. Also will they work on my motherboard? Thank you

UPDATE 1: So ugh, due to the reply from (hang the 9), I uploaded pictures of the insides of the case to see whether if they will fit or not. Feels like the GIGABYTE GT 730 will only fit as well as the 740 ZOTAC. Since it seems to be the GIGABYTE GT 740 won't fit. Oh well, please people you decide if they will fit good or not. Thanks

GDDR5 will be quite a bit faster than the 740. The Gigabyte OC card is set at the speed at the factory, it has nothing to do with overclocking you may do on your own after you get it. Don't worry about the motherboard, the biggest issues are power and case size. 740 will work for you also.

Okay thanks, I updated the thread and uploaded images of the inside my case, please check them or anyone else reading.

Also my PSU is a DOUBLE SATA 1000W I don't think it'll be a problem unless it's quality matter

Can't tell how high your heat sink is that is near the PCIe slot, but going by those pictures, a lot of cards can fit there, the 740 should easily. That power supply is not good quality but that is mostly a stability and longer life issue, it will power a low power use card like the 740. If you have the budget for it you can get a higher power card like a Radeon R7-250X or GTX 750 Ti and it will match the CPU pretty well and will fit.

Thank you so much, the problem is just, things here are overpriced as hell, seriously overpriced man. What is the normal price for a gtx 750 ti there? On the same site there's a GTX 750 Ti but the brand is Manli don't know if it's good or not. I'll try the best I can to buy a GTX 750 Ti for a longer lifetime. If I could I would buy the Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti OC Windforce x2 (on the same site) Thank you again.

There are many cheaper cards than the 750 Ti that are better than the 740. R7 250X is same as the older 7770 model which is a very good upper lower range gaming card vs the 730 and 740 which are on the lower end of gaming cards, and should be about $30 cheaper than the 750 Ti.
