Hello,i need help,i need to choise btw 9600k and 3600
3600+tomahawk+cl15 3ghz ballistix or 9600k+gigabyte ud+same memory

AMD kit will cost 325 euro
intel 350 euro

does this 25 worth it?

Im playing comp. pubg and nothing more

I have an 8600k which is very similar in performance to the 9600k.

The 9600k may get a couple more fps in games! (compared to 8600k) Both have 6 cores and 6 threads

I bought my cpu over a year ago and now if i had the choice to buy a new cpu i would 100% hands down choose the 3600 it has the same 6 cores but also has 12 threads.

In cpu intensive titles such as ac origins and odyssey my cpu is starting to struggle, and
the extra threads in the 3600 are starting to benefit especially in the 1% and 0.1% fps. Many newer games now will utilize as many cores/ threads you have to offer!

Also the platform on which 9th gen intel processors run on is dead and AMD has better upgrade possibility atm!
Ive always been an intel man and own intel now but AMD is seriously a no brainer right now!

You will need to get ddr4 ram as well preferably 2 x 8gb sticks @ 3200mhz
And a new psu of good quality! Dont cheap out on the psu as when it fails it can take your other components with it
