Gainward Phantom 970 4GB
i5 4690
Asrock Z97M Pro4 mATX Motherboard
Corsair 200r case
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
Seagate 1TB Barracuda
Team 8GB Single 1600MHz DDR3 Memory
Corsair VS550 ATX Power Supplier

Not sure if the mobo fits the case and the 970 fits in the mobo & if 550 watts is enough ! im stressed out

They are compatible, I`m just not sure regarding the GPU size and the case.

However, some thigs might be improved.
- Try to go for a better 970 than the Gainward.
- Go for an i5 4690K if you want to overclock.
- Lose the CM 212 Evo and go for an H97 mobo if you don`t want to overclock.
- Get 2x4Gb RAM sticks, use them in dual channel for better speeds.

550W is enough for your build, since the VS from Corsair is a decent PSU.

But it is a 8 Power Phase , what does that mean

what motherboard would you recommend for the i5 4690 ?

Nothing you need to worry about.

The asrock h97 fatality you just posted will be great for that cpu. Any decent h97 or z97 LGA1150 board will be fine.
