Hello! I'm looking to build a computer in the coming holiday season and I want some suggestions for a decent computer that can handle today's games at a decent rate while streaming to Twitch.

Games I would be playing would include titles such as Overwatch, PubG, Insurgency, and others. I need to both be able to play these games as well as stream them.

My budget will be anywhere from 400-500 dollars. Lower is better, so if you can give me the best for the least, that's what I'm going for. If the difference between 450 and 500 dollars isn't a huge improvement, then I'd rather not go for the extra 50 dollars.

I have a reusable graphics card, AMD Radeon R7 370 Series, but I don't know if the change in cost would be worth holding onto it. What do y'all think?

Thank you for helping out!

Hey, recently I build a budget rig for my bro and these are the specs you might wanna use for some sort of reference.
PSU: Airocool Integrator 500W 80plus bronze psu
GPU: Gigabyte Rx 460 (later swapping out for the Rx 570)
CPU: AMD fx 6300 (you might want to go for the pentium g4560)
Mobo: ASrock m970 pro 3
Memory: Kingston HyperX fury 2 x 4GB Kit
Cpu cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 103
Storage; 1tb Seagate Barracuda
Case: Some $20 Micro atx case that I can't find the name of (still looks clean and compact though)

I got a fairly decent with all these parts granting me great framerates (40-60) on every AAA game i throw at it in 1080p with decent settings.
And with esports I usually get 170 to 140 fps in CS:GO and league. You shouldnt have any problems playing Overwatch at high settings and not dip to anything under 60fps.
Hope I helped >:)

As for your GPU. I think you can actually keep It for your new build at least for a year or so as it's not that bad at all. You'll probs be able to work with it fine as it's a decent card for a builder on a budget. 😀

Since you are streaming you need a good cpu.

The ryzen 1600 is a good choice for this.

A new gpu will be needed for games like pubg but since you are on a budget this is the best I could do.

Hue mans system is using a really weak 5 year old cpu that is garbage nowadays so I do not recommend his system at all. A pentium g4560 is also way to weak to stream.
