Help me build a 6700 non k Gaming build

Due to the outrageous prices at the place i live i need some help picking up my stuff, why the i7 6700 non k , Its more stable and has less fps drops and the temperatures were i live are pretty high so i dont i even think i would be able to have a nice overclock without a h100i which is 1/3 of the i7 6700 k's price here . ALSO IMPORTANT :- I need the motherboard with the best sound output why ? i have a logitech g430 and i lost my jack to usb device so i would really love a motherboard which solves that issue and gives me the best sound and i would like the motherboard to be all black(dont mind a little bit of white (not a priority though)


What i have in mind so far

Processor :- intel i7 6700 non k
Mobo :- ???
Ram:- Corsair ddr4 16 gigs
Cooler:-Hyper x 212 evo(yes i know , intel stock coolers sucks and i want it to be quiet)
PSU:- Corsair RM 550 W (or should i buy the seasonic 620 ) <- need help here aswell
Case:- Deepcool dukase or corsair 400r
GPU:- Gigabyte Gtx 1070 Extreme edition or the Zotac 1070 amp extreme edition

Suggest me changes please , thank you .

As for sound, they all have their own way of doing it and I'm no audio expert so I don't know what is the best.

it would help to know where you live , so can appropriately price the motherboard etc.
