Help me build a DEDICATED streaming PC!

Hey! I was wondering if anyone can help me build a DEDICATED streaming PC. I already have my main PC which is really good, and I just wanted to get a second one for streaming to let off the stress on the main one. I have a GTX 960 and i5-6402p lying around extra also if that would work in the PC. My budget is around $450 - $500.

If anyone can send me any pre-built or builds that I can stream successfully without any problems with, please show them below.

Thank you! But do I really need parts that good? I mean $473 without a cpu or gpu is still a lot, I was thinking it would be around $400 - $500 with a cpu (No gpu). I feel like 16GB ram is to much isn't it, I could afford to buy this but just am trying to save money, so if you could find anything cheaper or explain to me it will be helpful!
 


A streaming PC means that you're expected to perform common streaming task like downloading/uploading, storage, video editing, multi tasking, etc. I just provided a suggested parts list of what I would do if I was building a streaming PC. You can edit the parts list and choose less expensive options such as the case/chassis or downgrading the M.2 SSD to a regular SATA 2.5" one. You can just use the stock Intel cooler if you still have it. You can also go 8gb memory ram if that's what you think is enough for it. It's all entirely up to you.

I wouldn't recommend building another PC from scratch if you have that properly working Skylake processor. Because that would be a wasting money when you're trying to save.
