Hello,
I'm a hardware noob and know almost nothing about it. I read some things to get myself informed about the basics but the information out there is overwhelmng and I'm not going to lie - I gave up. Asked 2 friends for help and they gave me some advice and pointed me to this forum.
Previous computer wasn't up to date and couldn't run new games and I'm giving it away to a family member for casual use. Now, in this not so great time, I'm in the market for a new gaming PC. I live in Croatia and it's slim pickings here and the prices are way higher than what I see you guys mention. That is why I will probably buy the components online. I saw a stickied post about how to ask for help so I'll try and follow along... If I missed something or overlooked something, I'm sorry - please say what it is and I'll do my best to fix it.
Approximate Purchase Date: i have the money needed and would like to buy it in the next few days, Christmas at the latest (don't mind waiting a few days extra if some part is not in stock or for delivery)
Budget Range: 1800 euro / 2050 dollars After rebates / Before Shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: 95% Gaming, 4% surfing the internet/watching movies, 1% light Photoshop work
Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: https://www.computeruniverse.net/en (a friend from Croatia bought from them, recommends them and they fit some other criteria. They are much cheaper than the local stores and have better selection)
Location: Osijek, Croatia
Parts Preferences: no preference, everything goes
Overclocking: Maybe (still a novice but willing to learn)
SLI or Crossfire: I don't believe it's within my budget but yes if it is
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (plan is to upgrade the monitor from what I currently use, but for the next year this is it)
Additional Comments: I don't want/like flashy lights or "agressive" colors like a disco. I would like the PC to be as quiet as possible. The PC will be used for gaming, especially newer titles. I don't need to buy a monitor. I don't need to buy a PSU. I believe 1TB SSD is enough for start and I can add SATA HDD later.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I couldn't run new games on my current PC, it was slow and a family member could use this one for their basic needs while I upgrade to a new gaming PC.
What follows is a suggestion from a friend who said this is a suggestion only to see what I could get for my budget, that i should ask around and suggested this forum and people here to give their 2 cents... EVERYTHING here is negotiable and nothing but the PSU is set in stone. Long story short, I have a PSU that I must use because I already own it. Everything else ... negotiable.

The total amount is a little over budget because the original case was a "placeholder" and I was suggested this one which was around 80 euros more. Again, every part listed above is replaceable other than the PSU. Please, comment, remove, add, replace pieces and help me build the best possible gaming PC with my budget.
