As title says, I need to build a PC. My budget is 1500€, but I do not know what to buy anymore because the GPU prices are rising so much. I want a 1070 and a 144hz monitor. Also please no AMD. Thank you for using your time to read this!

You can download the ISO off the Microsoft page and not activate it if you do not mind a watermark, for the OS. No Keyboard and Mouse.
