Help me build a pc for my girlfriend (already have gpu)

I have this graphics card here.

I would love to build a pc with this graphics card so that my girlfriend can play pc games with me and my friends. We are looking to spend under 400$ for everything else needed (excluding monitor,keyboard,mouse). The goal is cheap and effective. She isnt looking to play any crazy demanding games (Mostly diablo 3, and LoL)

The link below is basically what I would get. Its around your price range and should certainly let you play the kind of games your looking to play. Its got everything you would need for less then $400. And it also has enough with it to give you the option to upgrade later. The only thing you will need to get would be an OS, Windows 10, 8, 7, etc.
