help me build a pc

I am a beginner at building pcs since this will be my first build. Need help putting parts together that will be the best for my budget and what I need. I have a budget of 1k. prefer it to be under 1k. Would be using this computer to game (not a lot), lots of software and have it to be fast.

Take a look here, if you can't pay 83 dollars over, then i'd recommend a 1060 6gb.
