Help me build a rendering rig.

Applications that I use:
Lumion 3d
3ds Max
Sketchup
V-ray
Revit Architecture
Autocad, etc

My budget is MAX INR 1.3lac or $2000 but parts are more expensive in India so suggest builds with budget of $1500-1800

Before any that starts off immediately with suggesting gaming type of builds, the following stuff is important for 3D rendering like this:

- i7-5xxx meets the price range
- Durable motherboard
- ECC-compatible memory (very important)
- Render card (AMD Firepro / NVidia Quadro)
- A power supply that is going to last a very long time.

Actually, in general all the components should be very durable ones as rendering builds don't have to be upgraded in a while.
