Hi, I wanted to buy a new gaming pc for a while, I already got a GTX 1060 6GB OCV1 video card that I want to but into my new pc so the total won't be more than 1200$. I got some parts that I think it will be ok like:

i5 9600K (or maybe an AMD Ryzen?)
MSi MAG Tomahawk Z390 (or GIGABYTE Aorus Z390 PRO ? , which is 50$ more expensive, but more futureproof)
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO White 2666 MHz CL16 Dual Channel (or TeamGroup T-Force Delta 16GB 2666 MHz White Dual Channel CL15 ? , which is 23$ cheaper, same specs)
Hard Disk Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 256 MB Buffer
SSD ADATA SX6000 Lite 128GB PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 2280
Corsair TX650M 80+Gold 650W ( I picked up this psu but maybe there is one there better and cheaper?)
Cooler CPU DeepCool Castle 240 RGB V2 (I can't decide between a 2fan cooler or a three fan cooler)
Cooler Fans Corsair iCUE SP12 RGB PRO Performance 120mm 3in1 ( also I wanted to pick CF120 Deepcool 3in1 120mm fans but I saw comments that they are cheaply made, but they are for the same price as these corsair's fans)
For the case I chose DeepCool Matrexx 55 ADD-RGB White because it's fairly cheap and it looks decent and also it has visible front end for the fans which I will really like for a case.

Also I want for my build to be white/black with rgb and to be cheaper than 1200$ or around there, thanks!
